Our Cuisine.
For brunches and lunches our scrumptious counter selection is made fresh each day, including hot lasagnes and pasta dishes, various focaccia sandwiches as well as a selection of cakes, and other delicioius sweets.

Our Qualifications.
Our Chefs and kitchen staff are hand selected for their special qualities and skills. Both our chefs are qualifed professionals having graduated from the Wanganui UCOL School of Hospitality & Catering.

Licensed Premises.
Our selection of drinks extends to include beers and alchoholic bevereages. We are also licensed for BYO bottled wine.

Peter Gordon.
'The Sugar Club' London.

Aotearoa super-chef Peter Gordon and his award-winning Sugar Club in Soho, winner of the Time Out award for Best Modern British Restaurant, is credited with introducing fusion food into the British Culina.

Karen met Peter in his 'home town' of Wanganui and was later offered a job while she was on 'OE', at the new Sugar Club in London after a day's trial. However another offer rose at CICADA Restuarant, a very popular Thai restuarant in London which Karen took up for ? years.

Brigid Kennedy.

Another acquaintance of Karen's from Wanganui now Based in Sydney, Brigid is now an internationally respected chef.
