Aotearoa super-chef Peter Gordon and his award-winning Sugar Club in Soho, winner of the Time Out award for Best Modern British Restaurant, is credited with introducing fusion food into the British Culina. Try some of Peter's recipies. Karen met Peter in his 'home town' of Wanganui and was later offered a job while she was on 'OE', at the new Sugar Club in London after a day's trial. However another offer rose at CICADA Restuarant, a very popular Thai restuarant in London which Karen took up for ? years.
